"Babies Journey" is a children's book by Brigitte Butscher, celebrating the tender bond between mother and child through the beautiful act of breastfeeding. The book's pages come alive with enchanting watercolor illustrations, depicting animals nurturing their young.

OBJECTIVE
We wanted to create a visual narrative that not only celebrated the theme of maternal love and breastfeeding but also kept children engaged with compelling visuals. The goal was to merge artistic creativity with childlike wonder.

RESULTS
The major design elements for "Babies Journey'' are whimsical illustrations, playful patterns and soft pastel colors. The intent was to create an immersive world that resonated with both children and adults, evoking a sense of wonder, delight, and tenderness.

Each page of "Babies Journey" was meticulously designed and features watercolor illustrations by the author of animals breastfeeding their young. The addition of collage, characterized by playful and unique patterns, framed each portrait of mother and child. This multi-layered approach added depth to each page. The custom title was conceived to be as whimsical as the illustrations. Borrowing elements from the patterns used throughout the book. This seamless integration reinforced the book's overall narrative. 

By breathing life into the pages with vibrant, colorful patterns and custom typography, we created a children's book that is not only a captivating visual experience but also a heartfelt exploration of the universal bond between mother and child.
